About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Key Account Manager for Toy and Game Partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential toy and game brands to list on our platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline and database of targeted vendors.
  • Leading pitches, negotiating terms, and handling the complete onboarding process for new brands.
  • Managing the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with onboarded brands, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to address and resolve vendor issues, ensuring a seamless experience on the platform.
What We're Looking For

We seek a highly driven individual with a proactive approach to business development and account management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, persistence in onboarding new brands, and nurturing existing relationships.

The successful candidate must also meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum qualification of Graduation.
  • Fluency in both Hindi and English (mandatory).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in BD, sales, or account management is preferred.
