We are a global IT consulting company that specializes in delivering high-quality data solutions to our clients across various industries. Our team of experts has extensive experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, and we are seeking two senior data analysts to join our team.

Role Overview

As a senior data analyst at People Prime Worldwide, you will play a key role in supporting our RSA Pricing Sophistication Program by performing data profiling, mapping, and quality analysis on complex insurance datasets. You will work closely with our data designers to translate business requirements into technical mappings and document data lineage, transformation logic, and quality rules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and map source data from multiple insurance systems (policy, claims, quotes, pricing).
  • Perform data profiling and data quality (DQ) checks using SQL, Python, and Azure tools.
  • Collaborate with Data Designers to translate business requirements into technical mappings.
  • Document data lineage, transformation logic, and quality rules.
  • Support the development of DQ dashboards and reconciliation reports.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis and profiling.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks preferred.
  • Familiarity with data quality frameworks and tools.
  • Experience in insurance domain data is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
