Backend Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Engineering Team Lead to oversee the development of our new stablecoin payments initiative.

  • This is a high-impact role that will involve leading a small team of engineers and staying hands-on with building scalable backend systems.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong background in TypeScript/Node.js and API design. Experience in fintech or payments is a plus.

A key part of this role will be designing and maintaining integrations with on/off-ramp providers across geographies. The successful candidate will lead technical discussions, define architecture, and ensure our systems remain robust on top of fragmented provider infrastructure.

  • Mentor and manage a small engineering team
  • Lead technical discussions and own architecture for integrations and scaling
  • Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory readiness in architecture
