Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Engineering Manager to spearhead our quality engineering initiatives for the RIB 4.0 product line.

This is a strategic leadership role where you will define and implement modern automation strategies, build frameworks, manage QA teams, and pioneer the integration of AI in testing.

  1. Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks.
  2. Create comprehensive test strategies, plans, and effort estimations.
  3. Mentor and manage a team of SDETs and QA Engineers.
  4. Drive stakeholder communication and ensure alignment of quality goals with business objectives.
  5. Explore and implement AI-driven testing solutions.
  6. Integrate continuous testing with CI/CD pipelines.
  7. Analyze quality metrics and drive timely improvements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Automation Expertise: Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
  • Automation Framework Development: Hands-on experience in building & maintaining custom frameworks.
  • Test Strategy & Planning: Strong grasp of planning, execution, and team alignment.
  • Team Handling & Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing QA teams and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills:

  • Ai in Testing: Experience with AI-based tools like GitHub Copilot for enhancing automation.
  • Version Control & Tools: Basic working knowledge of GitHub, JIRA.
  • DevOps Understanding: Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and practices.

Knowledge (Preferred):

  • Exposure to or understanding of Construction Domain products.
