Job Title

This is a key role in leading complex application development services as part of a project team or in an application support capacity.

  • Analyzes, designs, codes, tests and implements systematic solutions to meet customer requirements that adhere to IT standards and policies.
  • Provides general support to maintain applications that meet service levels, system availability, performance and quality levels required by their customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Takes a lead role for analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing application enhancements with minimal defects.
  • Collaborates with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
  • Provides technical support, including release implementations, on-call and 24x7 supports when necessary.
  • Performs work in compliance with all IT standards, policies and procedures.
  • Participates on project teams in various roles, including Developer, Technical Lead and Project Manager.
Role Specific Expectations
  • Requires at least 7 years of experience in Java/Spring development.
  • Exposure to Microservices architecture with REST API is beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience in devops tools like Git, Gradle is required.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated leadership skills, and experience in the Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry.
