Job Title: Senior Cloud Data Scientist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a senior cloud data scientist to join our team of experts in designing and implementing data pipelines using various Google Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We need you to design and implement efficient data ingestion and ETL pipelines, leveraging services like BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Pub/Sub.
  • You will work with Vertex AI to develop and deploy machine learning models that drive business growth.
  • As a team player, you will collaborate to ensure seamless integration of multiple technologies and tools.
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML models and containerizing applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with TensorFlow and PyTorch is essential for building and training models.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures is crucial.
  • Prompt engineering activities to improve model performance are an essential part of your role.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT, with expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Strong knowledge of BigQuery, TensorFlow, and LLMs is required.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills are necessary.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging, as well as SQL skills, is highly desirable.

Certification:

A Google ACE or equivalent certification is preferred.
