Data Center Physical Security Professional

This role is a critical component of our Data Center Operations Physical Security team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and security across multiple sites.
Main Responsibilities:- Bearing trust and establishing relationships with data center business partners to execute comprehensive security strategies.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining security plans and programs, including Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Incident Management, and site investigations.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, current security issues, and security technology, providing expert guidance to management on risk and threats.
- Performing ongoing risk analysis for data center sites, identifying vulnerabilities and designing strategies to mitigate them.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience leading large-scale compliance programs, with 7+ years of managerial experience and 12+ years of physical security expertise.
The ideal candidate will be a confident, decisive leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. They must be comfortable with ambiguity and able to define processes and standards where none exist.
