We are seeking an experienced Ethics Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our ethics program, you will play a key role in managing sensitive and complex employee concerns related to ethics and compliance.

 

About the Role

 

As an Ethics Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing ethics-related escalations by assisting employees with queries and concerns.
  • Providing guidance on ethics policies, including severity matrix alignment with Cult standards.
  • Conducting research and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve cases.
  • Identifying patterns and inefficiencies in ethics-related processes and proposing enhancements.
  • Liaising with HR, Operations, Legal, and Leadership teams to ensure transparency and appropriate resolution of ethical concerns.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality while ensuring compliance with Cult policies and legal guidelines.

 

Key Skills and Qualifications

 

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 3-4 years of experience in ethics, compliance, HR operations, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of company policies, employee relations, and ethical guidelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for handling sensitive conversations.
  • A high level of integrity, discretion, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex ethical concerns and manage data effectively.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to provide support, including weekend availability if required.
