We are seeking an experienced Certified Management Accountant to join our team as a Strategic Financial Analyst - Business Growth Specialist. This role will play a crucial part in driving business growth and profitability through effective financial reporting and decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports to senior management teams, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
• Business Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial reports align with the company's overall business strategy and drive informed decision-making.
• Risk Management: Identify and alert management to potential risks associated with purchase price, inventory, human costs, and other critical business areas.
• Audit and Cost Optimization: Conduct efficient audits to minimize costs and maximize savings in manufacturing and distribution operations.

Requirements:

• Hold a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
