About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ORMB Developer to join our team at ARR Recruitment Solutions. As an ORMB Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain software applications using Java and Oracle technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements and are scalable and maintainable

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in ORMB, OUAF, and CCB
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Core Java/J2EE
- Experience with Hibernate, MVC Architecture, and Multithreading

Desirable Skills

- Experience in working on healthcare insurance implementation projects
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies including agile ceremonies (SCRUM, Sprint planning, Backlog grooming, and retrospective)
- Experience in developing batch interfaces and APIs integrating ORMB with external applications and online customer portals
