Job Title: Multilingual Communications Specialist

  • Translate complex documents, including technical manuals, marketing materials, and website content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Develop and maintain linguistic assets, such as terminology databases and style guides

Requirements:
  • Japanese Language skill: ability to participate in Japanese meetings alone, with writing skills at N2 level
  • Ability to work on Japan time zone
  • Experience in Help Desk & L1 support operation (Ticket triaging & coordination with stakeholders)

Prior experience in the Pharma domain is highly desirable. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with ITIL, basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Good communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as a willingness to learn new technologies. Proficiency in using tools like JIRA and ServiceNow is also required.
