Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Application Testing team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality software products by planning, developing, and executing comprehensive test strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer support to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior QA engineers on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality coding standards
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing activities, defect tracking, and metrics analysis

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in an agile environment
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, principles, levels, types, and techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of testing tools, such as Playwright, Postman, and API testing
  • Experience with automation frameworks or scripting languages like Python, Java, or C#
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
