About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our core team at Beep App. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of product managers, developing PRDs and solutioning new features, and working closely with our Product Advisors and Mentors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a team of product managers to drive product development and growth.
  • Develop and implement PRDs and solutioning new features to enhance our student career platform.
  • Collaborate with our Product Advisors and Mentors to ensure alignment and execution of product strategies.
  • Consult with our PM advisors to onboard and integrate new team members.
  • Establish and maintain good practices in product management to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with our founders to build a product feature roadmap and execute it with the engineering team.
  • Develop and implement a campus social network and build products and features that add value to college students.
  • Work on wireframes, product requirements, and decide the direction of products to engage, educate, retain, and help college students in their college journey.
  • Build product lines and features that are fun, entertaining, and meaningful for college students.
  • Track user behavior to build product feature roadmaps and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Analyze user behavior and product performance using tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, UXCAM, and Amplitude.
  • Interact with users daily, work with the tech team to get features implemented in record time, and move in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in Product Management and startups.
  • Completed graduation.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company - strong interpersonal skills.

  • Deep understanding of technology.
  • Leadership and team building skills.
