Job Title: U.S. Tax Associate

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented U.S. Tax Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of core accounting and taxation principles, as well as fluency in English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare U.S. tax forms including 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1099, 941, 940, etc.
  • Support year-round compliance tasks including bookkeeping and payroll tax filings.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based teams via cloud-based tools, email, and video calls.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of all assigned work.
Requirements:
  • CA Inter-qualified via the direct entry route (B.Com or equivalent degree).
  • Excellent understanding of core accounting and taxation principles.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness and ability to learn U.S. tax systems and procedures.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
  • Comfortable working night-shift hours and meeting U.S. time zone expectations.
Benefits:
  • Salary: ₹7.0 – ₹7.5 lakhs per annum, paid monthly in INR.
  • Equivalent to $8,500 USD/year, depending on exchange rates.
  • Salary will be paid via international wire transfer or approved payment platforms.
