Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality standards and processes of our web and mobile platform.

  • Lead and mentor the QA team, defining quality benchmarks and best practices
  • Design and implement automated testing strategies for regression and performance testing
  • Establish and maintain QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes)
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes
  • Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA function
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
  • Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS)
  • Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience working in startups and remote teams
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive

  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
  • Load and stress testing experience
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
