Senior Data Scientist Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data-driven solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to drive business value.
  • Work with engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into production environments.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in building complete ML products from problem analysis to production deployment.
  • Possess theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in deep learning/computer vision/NLP.
  • Be able to rapidly prototype and evaluate algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with text-only and multimodal SLMS, including finetuning and building robust eval pipelines.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • Domain experience in Fintech is preferred but not mandatory.
