Job Summary:
Seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee the complete financial operations of a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to provide strategic financial insights to support business growth initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective financial plans, monitor performance, and optimize resources in collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide expert financial analysis and recommendations to inform business strategy and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior financial analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
