Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Social Media Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to promote hair transplant services.

You will create engaging content and collateral to showcase the benefits of hair transplant procedures and drive brand awareness. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns aimed at increasing revenue and market share.

We are looking for someone who can conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the hair transplant industry. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with key physicians, referral partners, and industry influencers will be crucial to the success of this role.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in developing content strategies for social media. You should also have excellent writing skills and the ability to create engaging and relevant social media content.

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to promote hair transplant services.
  • Creating engaging content and collateral to showcase the benefits of hair transplant procedures and drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns aimed at increasing revenue and market share.

Benefits

This is a full-time on-site role with a competitive salary range of ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month. The ideal candidate will work a morning shift or rotational shift schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of total work experience. This role requires a hard-working team player who can play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.

The responsibilities of this role include developing social media strategy, creating original content, and providing data analysis and metric reporting for clients.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in many social media platforms and fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
