Job Title: Interior Architect

We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Interior Architect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet our clients' needs.

You should have excellent creative thinking skills, be able to communicate effectively with clients, and possess a deep understanding of design principles and trends.

Maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments to provide the best possible solutions for our clients.

  • Owning the sales process and driving sales success
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
  • Leading and owning the quality and accuracy of design deliverables
  • Owning the end-to-end project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation or relevant diploma in interior design or a related field
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an interior designer or architect
  • Led and delivered 2-4 residential modular KWS projects
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, presentation software, and AutoCAD
  • Design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works & services
  • Project expertise in creating bill of quantities (BoQ) for customers and coordinating with internal & external agencies
  • Sales expertise in sales closure and driving design meetings with customers
  • Behavioural attributes of result-oriented, team work, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication
  • High degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members
