About Our Team

We are building the next generation of relationship intelligence, replacing static CRMs with an AI-native platform.

  • Develop scalable backend systems that power our product.

Our team is responsible for designing and building GraphQL APIs using NestJS. We develop secure, performant backend services handling large-scale data and integrate with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and DynamoDB.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build scalable backend systems
  • Develop secure, performant backend services
  • Integrate with multiple data sources
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and data teams

We maintain code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation. We participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives. We continuously improve architecture and suggest optimizations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development
  • Proficiency with AWS services
  • Strong knowledge of Postgres and DynamoDB
  • Hands-on experience with Docker
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
