Senior Data Scientist Position

Our organization seeks a seasoned data scientist to develop and implement sophisticated AI/ML models that drive mortgage automation efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML models for creditworthiness prediction, fraud detection, income verification, document analysis, and conversational interfaces.
  • Ensure the accuracy, interpretability, and regulatory compliance of developed models.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • NLP expertise: named entity recognition, text summarization, question answering, and OCR using Tesseract, Amazon Textract, and Azure Form Recognizer.
  • In-depth understanding of statistical modeling, risk scoring, credit analytics, and fraud detection methodologies.
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus).
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, and Weights & Biases).
  • Strong foundation in responsible AI practices, including fairness, accountability, and transparency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI/ML solutions in a mortgage underwriting context.
