Billing Expertise - Process Enhancement Specialist

This role encompasses the end-to-end billing processes, encompassing invoice creation and credit note cancellation servicing across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Team Leads in process enhancements, supervise teams, resolve complex issues, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Perform daily activities ensuring timeliness and meeting SLAs.
  • Work closely with teams, Team Leads/Managers, and relevant offshore/onshore teams within O2C Tower to achieve goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting or any business-related course.
  • 6-8 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe applications.
