Project Coordinator Role:

As a project coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of project documentation, reporting, and tracking. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Participate in project meetings and take minutes
  • Help identify and resolve project-related issues
  • Maintain project files and records in an organized manner

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers are welcome)
  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Basic understanding of project workflows
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
