About the Role:

We're looking for a technically skilled and passionate AI professional to lead our product lifecycle, collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams, and drive the integration of LLM-driven functionalities. This role requires strong Python coding skills, hands-on experience in LLM applications, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Implement and prioritize product features, focusing on the integration of LLM-driven functionalities.
  • Analyze market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for LLM-based product innovation.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of LLM technologies and other AI capabilities.
  • Use data-driven insights to track product performance and adjust strategies to optimize user experience and engagement.
  • Serve as a product evangelist, communicating product value to internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, RapidCanvas offers a competitive benefits package, growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling company, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong Python coding skills, with hands-on experience in LLM applications, including prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, and code generation.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in enterprise product environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially related to AI and ML technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, sales, and product teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms and the integration of LLM-based features into enterprise products.
  • Familiarity with product management principles or enterprise product development, even without direct PM experience.
  • Familiarity with Data Science is a plus.
