Job Title: Mainframe Tester

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in testing life cycle processes, creating test cases/data/execution as per requirement/design.

They should also have a good knowledge of editing JCL or creating JCL to submit test batch jobs, as well as be aware of TSO/ISPF commands in Mainframe and have good knowledge of analyzing logs in Spool for abended jobs.

Key responsibilities include creation of test strategy/test plan documents, analyzing requirements, identifying test scenarios/designing test cases, preparing test data/test JCL, executing test cases by submitting jobs, and analyzing results.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with IT developers.
