Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Visualiser to fill a key role in our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their design skills and experience in visualising complex concepts.

  • Collaborate with clients or account managers to understand business objectives and requirements, providing innovative solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop engaging designs, layouts, and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Presentation of final ideas and concepts to clients or account managers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies in design and advertising, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide feedback to junior team members and peers on their work, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually appealing graphics, layouts, and presentations that effectively communicate the desired message.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, and other creatives to achieve project goals, leveraging each other's strengths and expertise.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in all aspects of the role.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Knowledge of software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premiere Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc., allowing for versatility and adaptability in the role.

  • Leadership qualities and ability to guide junior visualisers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.
