Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Device Management (MDM) expert to join our team. As an MDM specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust MDM system that streamlines device enrollment and management.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless integration of corporate mobile devices with our internal resources, while maintaining the highest level of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Android Enterprise Accounts for app store management and user administration.
  • Deploy an MDM platform compatible with Android ONLY to facilitate unified management and policy enforcement via Microsoft Intune.
  • Develop streamlined device enrollment processes, including bulk and self-service options, ensuring efficient onboarding of corporate mobile devices.
  • Build and implement security policies, covering encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources.
  • Configure integration with internal Entra applications and tools, establishing secure authentication and authorization for mobile users.
  • Provide support and training resources for end-users and IT staff, including onboarding assistance, troubleshooting guides, and escalation procedures.
  • Maintain ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, regularly updating policies and monitoring compliance, device health, and security threats.
  • Architect and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution to access applications not accessible via public cloud.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 level support for ticket escalated for Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrollment/management/imaging issues escalated from front-line IT teams and other internal IT resources for Hypercare period.
  • Support transition of ownership and management of Intune Endpoint platform to new provider, recipient, or staff.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Intune and Android Enterprise.
  • Strong technical skills in mobile device management, security, and networking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
