Fullstack Technical Lead

As a seasoned Fullstack Technical Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge full-stack applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions using .NET Core.
  • Build engaging and responsive front-end interfaces using ReactJS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables through effective communication.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality code execution.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack efficiently.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies to drive project success.
Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven development.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed.
