Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to prospective students.

About the Role:

The Education Advisor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the process of selecting and applying for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. They will also be required to maintain accurate records of student interactions and provide regular feedback to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed information about UG & PG courses to prospective students.
  • Advise students on program selection and the admission process.
  • Maintain records of daily walk-ins and telephonic inquiries.
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and online chat platforms.
  • Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Collect and consolidate participant feedback regularly.
  • Accurately record, manage, and act on assigned leads from various sources.

Working Conditions:
