Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs.
  • Appear before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities to represent clients in a professional manner.
  • Assist in strategy formulation and case preparation, collaborating with internal teams for case-related support and documentation.
  • Liaise with clients and keep them updated on case progress.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong Drafting and Legal Research Skills: Develop and maintain strong drafting and legal research skills, with the ability to conduct thorough research and analyze complex information.
  • Civil and Commercial Litigation Procedures: Possess knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures, with experience in court appearances and case preparation.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate effective communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Time Management and Pressure Handling: Display ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and a calm demeanor.

Requirements:

  • Law graduate with 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council.
  • Prior exposure to civil, commercial, or regulatory litigation preferred.
