Business Analysis Position

The primary purpose of the Business Analyst is to support business and project teams in gathering requirements, designing, analyzing, and documenting solutions that contribute to optimal outcomes.

Candidates should be able to mentor a team of business analysts, review and enhance the solutions provided by them.

Collaborating with product or client organizations to ensure solution integrity and that enhancements, applications, and localizations align with the overall strategy.

Delivering high-quality results across key work areas:

  • Requirements elicitation
  • Use Case Definition
  • Process mapping
  • Creation of data flow diagrams, BPMN diagrams, workflow diagrams
  • Functional Design definition and Test Scope Definition

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates will need:

  • A holistic approach when defining solutions, considering technology, people, process, and data
  • A requirement-driven (not solution-driven) attitude towards Business Analysis
  • Excellent communication skills - working with various technical, business, and product personnel at junior, mid, and senior levels
  • High quality standards - pride ourselves on accuracy and quality of delivery
  • An interest in technology and payments industry
