Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger postings, reconciliations, and fixed assets accounting
  • Closing Processes: Prepare schedules, reports, and accurate financial data for monthly and annual closing processes
  • Support Audits: Assist in statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation and resolving audit queries
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax requirements
  • MIS Reports: Prepare MIS reports and assist in variance analysis as directed by the Manager
Requirements:
  • Education: Postgraduate in Commerce (M. Com) from a recognized university
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and numerical skills, good working knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and GST, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
