We are seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to power our IT Infra recruitment engine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To drive end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Infra roles, utilizing a mix of job boards, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
  • To build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines.
  • To screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment, leveraging data and insights to track, analyze, and improve sourcing performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring, with proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds.
  • Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech recruitment being an asset.

  • Screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment, using data and insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN TALENT SOURCING, SPECIFICALLY IN IT INFRA HIRING.
  • MASTERY OF BOOLEAN SEARCH AND HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEMS, SOURCING TOOLS, AND CRM PLATFORMS.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
