At CommScope, we're committed to connecting the world through innovative technology solutions. As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Specialist, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding our enterprise systems, applications, data, and assets from cyber threats.

As an IAM Security Specialist, you'll apply security skills to protect our enterprise systems, applications, data, and assets. You'll provide services to safeguard information, infrastructures, applications, and business processes against cyber threats. You'll collaborate with all disciplines across the information technology groups and Business Units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support IAM functions and tools, including CyberArk and Azure Entra ID.
  • Create, maintain, and monitor Cyber Ark policies and onboarding processes.
  • Configure and manage SSO.
  • Implement and enforce MFA to enhance the security of cloud accounts.
  • Serve as an escalation point for resolving operational incidents.
  • Work with other support teams and vendors to resolve issues related to CyberArk infrastructure and Azure Entra ID.
  • Develop and enforce access policies, roles, and permissions across the organization.
  • Operate as a technical domain expert and advise project teams regarding integration with IAM technologies such as CyberArk and Azure Entra ID.
  • Develop and maintain IAM technical documentation, code repositories, and development environments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Identity and Access Management (IAM) role/field with experience in core IAM domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
  • Strong working knowledge of PAM CyberArk tool/CyberArk PAS Vault, DR, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and DPA.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience configuring Azure Entra ID SSO using SAML/OAUTH/OIDC protocols with MFA.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, authorization, and SSO configurations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours to regularly collaborate with US-based colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of API design concepts, RESTful Services, and modern application interaction patterns.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming and scripting languages: Shell scripting, HTML, JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, Python, etc.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
