The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, scripts, and scenarios that validate fault tolerance, system recovery, and high availability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform stress, load, chaos, and failure testing to simulate real-world disruptions and identify vulnerabilities.">
  • Analyze test results to provide actionable insights and risk assessments to engineering and leadership teams.">
  • Conduct root cause analysis on test failures and collaborate with teams to recommend improvements in design or operations.">
  • Monitor system behavior during disruption scenarios, highlighting performance bottlenecks and proposing resiliency enhancements.">

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing, QA, or systems engineering with a focus on resiliency testing.">
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking concepts, and database management systems.">
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Apache JMeter and Rational Performance Tester.">
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages Python and Java.">
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.">
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with DevOps, engineering, and infrastructure teams.">
