Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Branch Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and sales activities at one of our branches.

This includes managing a team of individuals who are dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must also have a strong understanding of freight forwarding and customs clearance procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage branch sales and operations with minimal supervision.
  • Oversee all aspects of branch management, including staff supervision, customer relations, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and customs clearance procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
