Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our prime home loan products.

This multifaceted role encompasses strategic planning, product development, market analysis, and team leadership. You will play a crucial part in propelling our business forward by leveraging your profound understanding of the housing finance landscape, regulatory frameworks, and customer preferences.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans that align with overall business objectives and market trends. Continuously assess market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of prime home loan products, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, risk, compliance, and technology. Utilize customer feedback, market research, and data analysis to inform product features and pricing strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target segments, assess customer needs, and evaluate demand for prime home loan products. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product performance and market share, implementing corrective measures as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a prestigious institution. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Experience: A demonstrated track record of at least 10+ years in a senior leadership role within the housing finance industry, with a specific focus on Prime Home Loans. Thorough knowledge of mortgage lending principles, regulations, and market dynamics is essential.
