About this position:

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing RF hardware and systems.

Responsibilities include planning frequencies, analyzing power budgets, and ensuring compliance to specifications/requirements.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with lab equipment such as Oscilloscope, Spectrum analyzer, Vector network analyzer, Power meter and Signal Generator.

Key skills required include knowledge of RF measurement techniques such as Harmonics, IP3, Noise Figure, Gain, P1dB, VSWR etc.

A strong understanding of RF tools: ADS, AWR and HFSS is also essential.

Experience in RADAR subsystem/system design is highly desirable.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating project documentation needed for design, reviews, test procedures, ATP/QTP, etc.

They will also interact with Digital Hardware, FPGA RTL, Software and Mechanical teams during design stage.

Key performance indicators will include the ability to manage a team of 2 or more Engineers (Design & Sr. Design Engineers).
