Lead Visual Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Visual Designer to spearhead the visual identity of our fast-growing beauty brand. The ideal candidate will create designs that convey premium quality, resonate with consumers, and foster brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline materials.
  • Maintain a consistent brand image across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Design social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits that captivate audiences.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with engaging visuals.
  • Transform consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide creative guidance and feedback.
  • Stay abreast of design, beauty, and direct-to-consumer trends to ensure the brand remains fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for direct-to-consumer, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
  • A keen eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
  • Photography or art direction background.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
