Business Intelligence Analyst

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in financial analysis.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing tactical and strategic assistance to business leads to promote business priorities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support business leads to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Partner with leadership to provide key finance and business management functions including project management, sales/management reporting, and ad-hoc requests reviews.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify areas for process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Liaise with business teams on various control/audit related aspects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
  • BE/B.Tech or any other technical graduate with 5+ years of strong experience in Dashboards, Automation & Analytics.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with the ability to identify issues, gather and manipulate data, obtain consensus, and implement change.
  • Proficient in Alteryx, Sigma, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Execution and project management skills with well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, gather and manipulate data, obtain consensus, and implement change.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
