About the Ideal Candidate

We're seeking an individual who excels at combining data analysis, storytelling, and client communication.

  • Possess a Master's or MBA degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Have 4–7 years of experience in quantitative market research.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Show leadership potential to coach junior researchers and manage projects effectively.
  • Excel at analytical thinking and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exhibit a proactive, solutions-focused attitude, consistently identifying and resolving challenges.
