Senior Software Engineer, ServiceNow Product Operations

About the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 support issues for ETG products, ensuring timely resolution and escalating when necessary.
  • Track key performance metrics using ETG and DT Ops dashboards, ensuring SLA metrics are met.
  • Maintain smooth communication with other teams on product support needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to gain understanding of new feature releases, ensuring Operations Support can handle issues from day one.
  • Gather customer feedback and share recurring support issues with Product teams for potential feature improvements.
  • Provide insights and analytics on metrics, recurring issues, and prioritization of new features.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results. You should also have experience working with ServiceNow and ETG products.
