FPGA Innovator

We are seeking an innovative and dynamic individual to join our engineering team as an FPGA Engineer Intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, develop your skills, and make a tangible impact in the field of cloud computing.

Job Description:

As an FPGA Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining critical components of our Virtual FPGA technology. You will work closely with our founding engineers to architect and implement high-performance cybersecurity applications that push the boundaries of what's possible on our platform. Your role will involve actively collaborating on system design, performance analysis, and integration in a constantly evolving codebase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain critical components of our Virtual FPGA technology.
• Architect and implement high-performance cybersecurity applications.
• Collaborate on system design, performance analysis, and integration.
• Embrace the full development lifecycle, quickly moving from concept and design to implementation and real-world deployment.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Experience in FPGA system development, particularly with AMD/Xilinx FPGAs is preferred. Proficiency in Verilog and/or SystemVerilog, strong understanding of network protocols, programming skills in C/C++, familiarity with software/hardware development in a Linux environment and Git for version control are also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with AMD/Xilinx Versal devices.
• Experience with Dynamic Function eXchange (DFX).
• A keen interest in cybersecurity application development.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes.
