CAE Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled CAE Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Create detailed finite element models using ANSA as preprocessor for full vehicle crash simulations and durability loadcase simulations.
  • Analyze high-speed crash scenarios using LSDyna software tools.
  • Evaluate durability performance using Abacus software tool.
  • Post-process results using Animator/Hyperworks software.
  • Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver FE model setup to load case analysis report independently or with minimal support.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience in meshing, module build for crash & durability, high-speed crash analysis & durability analysis.
  • Strong understanding of BiW manufacturing processes such as stamping, spot welding, assembly, material models, and physics of crash & durability.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools including ANSA, LSDyna, Abacus, and Animator/Hyperworks.
