Term Insurance Operations Specialist

To excel in this role, you will oversee a seamless post-payment customer experience. This involves managing documentation and verification processes while collaborating with insurers, underwriters, TPAs, and internal stakeholders to drive timely case issuance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of post-payment cases to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via calls and emails to update them on next steps and pending requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely case issuance and meet monthly targets with minimal turnaround time and high first-time right rate.
  • Partner with Insurers to enhance operational processes for improved issuance rates, reduced turnaround time, and enhanced first-time right rate.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of insurance underwriting and decision-making processes.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain patient relationships with customers.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills to propel cases forward.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Insurance operations.
  • Proficient computer and Excel skills.
