Job Overview

This role involves designing and delivering functional cross-platform software. It requires collaboration with the product team to build features as part of the product roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, a solid understanding of React Native and Typescript, and experience in writing well-designed composable React Components. They should also be able to write robust software and contribute to a CI/CD culture.

In addition, they will need to design and implement software using modern patterns of development for functionality and scalability within their team. Unit, integration and performance tests will also need to be implemented into a testing framework.

Requirements

  • 7 + Years of Production experience in React Native and Typescript
  • Solid understanding of Functional React Components (hooks)
  • Ability to write well designed composable React Components, and knowing when to optimise for performance
  • Experience writing public SDKs for React Native NPM packages, to be consumed by partners
  • Understanding the value in unit, UI and integration testing
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with ambiguous project requirements, but able to help shape and deliver in an agile way
