Financial Operations Manager

As a seasoned finance professional, you will oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will be responsible for managing the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

- Coordinate with departments to obtain necessary information for financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial operations or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
