This role is focused on our Speech & Drama program catering to children between 4-8 years old (early education). The ideal candidate will lead sessions, follow lesson plans, and mentor students in assigned classes through milestones and take full responsibility for their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading Speech & Drama classes based on assigned batches
• Participating actively in student learning, reporting, and showcasing progress
• Preparing and executing lessons as per the curriculum
• Preparing students for Trinity examinations (training will be provided)
• Attending regular training sessions
• Implementing best teaching practices in classrooms

Qualification Requirements:

• ECCEd Diploma or BEd Diploma
• 2+ years of experience teaching students aged 4-8 (kindergarten/primary school)
• Expertise in written and spoken English
• Ability to break down complex information into clear instructions
• Adaptability and flexibility in curriculum and new teaching methodologies
• Prior knowledge of Trinity College of London Examinations is advantageous (optional)
