Job Title: IT Professional

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments, as well as strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and support to customers on product upgrades and hotfix lifecycles.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive them to closure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance product quality and growth direction.
• Scale as an individual contributor quickly and work effectively in a 24*7 environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments.
• Strong background in managing, deploying, and applying hotfixes/patches for applications and web services.
• 2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred).
• Practical knowledge of shell scripting or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and stakeholder interaction.
• Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, RHEL, AWS, or Azure are preferred.
