Job Description:
">- Conduct CMEs, seminars, and in-service programs to enhance the BD SM value proposition among clinical and economic buyers.
- Develop clinical capabilities among regional direct selling organizations and channel partners through training and continuous evaluation.
- Create a regional calendar of engagements with potential customers to foster strong brand awareness and generate opportunities.
- Support sales teams with product evaluations, troubleshooting, and technical challenges to achieve high levels of product penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Establish key customer relationships and develop a regional KOL network to drive conversions and ensure full utilization of BD SM products.
- Coordinate timely completion of clinical and economic studies in the region to meet business objectives.
